We recently came together with local companies and Cheshire-based We Love Good Times (WLGT) at Wood Restaurant Chester within Hotel Indigo to celebrate the launch of the Good Times Club (GT Club).
The Good Times Club from WLGT, is a localised staff benefits scheme, the first of its kind to launch in Cheshire West and Chester.
LoyaltyPro is providing the technology behind the new scheme which offers employer exclusive benefits and discounts for their staff. We are creating a dedicated app which will showcase the local treats, invitations, benefits, offers and bespoke packages.
The app records offer use in real time and uses innovative proximity technology to verify the user’s location when redeeming the offer. The GT Club also has a dashboard on our portal which gives them real time usage info.
As leaders in community loyalty schemes, our bespoke systems help encourage repeat spend and offer special features designed to benefit local community and retailers. The sophisticated and flexible systems can be tailored to meet specific business requirements.
Izzy Grey, Managing Director of WLGT, said: “This is the first time that a vehicle has been created by the coming together of two local companies for the benefit of local businesses and the people who work, live and visit the region, ensuring their hard-earned money goes that little bit further.
“The GT Club is a way of connecting businesses, people and local agencies directly throughout Chester, Cheshire and beyond. Employers will be able to offer their staff exclusive benefits at no extra cost by way of discounts and offers, and our participating businesses can tailor their offering to suit their needs for additional revenue. All that we ask is that offers are exclusive to GT Club members”.
Councillor Richard Beecham, Cabinet Member for Housing, Regeneration & Growth at Cheshire West and Chester, added “It is exciting to have this opportunity to connect business leaders, employers and employees with a dynamic and state of the art technology platform created for local people, by local people – which will boost our economy, not only on the high street but in the suburbs and the towns and villages throughout Chester West and Cheshire too.”
We Love Good Times was previously known as the social media platform We Love Cheshire, supporting quality food venues and lifestyle businesses in the county.
Together we are expecting around 10,000 local registrations by the end of this year with a further 30,000 plus by this time next year.
If you want to offer the GT Club benefits to your staff, the scheme is free to sign up to – please contact izzy@wlgt.co.uk for more details. It’s the same email address if you want to offer a product or service to the GT Club members.
